Warren Allen

Warren is from right here on the Kenai Peninsula. After graduating from KCHS he relocated to Utah to pursue a college education and career. In 2010 he retired after 30 years in sales and finance from Camping World. In 2018 he and his wife of 31 years became empty nesters. From there it took him less that 2 years to realize that retirement was overrated.

Already acquainted and impressed with Ross Baxter, Warren knew exactly what he wanted to do and who he wanted to work with. Along with a great love for the land of the Kenai Peninsula and a foundation of family and friends here, it just makes sense for Warren to build a new career here selling real estate. After all, he was born here, he was raised here, he’s sold on this place.

From San Francisco, Seattle, Atlanta and now the Great White North of Alaska, Ross has had a wide range of experiences in sales, negotiations and customer service throughout his professional life. His personal passions include playing music, cooking and painting abstract art.

A successful Realtor with a Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), places Ross in a select group of only 3% of all Realtors nationwide. He prides himself on doing what’s best for his clients in every situation and treats each person with respect and professionalism.

Jhasmine Nicely

Jhasmine Nicely has over 9+ years of experience as a Communications Professional, Marketing/Digital Media Strategist and has taught Business Strategy Courses through-out the Kenai Peninsula. She is a proud graduate of the premier professional development program, Institute of Organizational Management, U.S. Chamber of Commerce. A few of the skills she enjoys offering to others are her Photography, Web Design/Management, and Graphic Design Skills.
